Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If you must make a cancellation, we will return your deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit. If we are unable to refill your reserved period as a courtesy we will offer you a credit to use the upcoming Summer.
Please Note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency, or weather and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Deposit Required at Time of Booking
Deposit required. Full payment at the time of booking. However, we do understand that travel to Alaska can become expensive with all the wonderful places to go and see so please call us directly if it would be helpful to pay half at the time of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Taxes
Rates do not include a 7.5% tax or 2% fee. This will be added to your booking.
